Publication of the Registration Document and Base Prospectuses

Following the approval by CONSOB (the National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange), communicated with note no. 0083283/17 of 27 June 2017, BPER Banca S.p.A. (the "Issuer"), on 4 July 2017 filed the Registration Document concerning the Issuer and the following Base Prospectuses:

• Base Prospectus relating to the offer of bonds called: "BPER Fixed Interest Rate Bonds", "BPER Variable Interest Rate Bonds (or Floating Interest Rate with Cap and/or Floor)", "BPER Mixed Interest Rate Bonds (or Mixed Interest Rate with Cap and/or Floor)", "BPER Step up/Step Down Bonds (or Callable Step up/Step Down)" and "BPER Zero Coupon Bonds".;

• Base Prospectus relating to the offering of certificates called: BPER Protection Certificates Performance (possibly with a Cap), BPER Protection Certificates Coupon, also of the "QUANTO" or "NON QUANTO" type.
