Stefano Rossetti

Graduated in Economics and Banking, he has a long and consolidated experience in the banking sector. In Credito Romagnolo since 1983, he had over time held positions of increasing importance accompanying the growth of the Institute, first with the merger into Rolo Banca 1473 and then with the integration into Unicredit, a group for which he was Director Emilia-Romagna F&SME Network, Head of Italy Small and Medium Business Networks, Corporate Division Sales Manager.

From June 2013 to November 2019 he was General Manager of Unipol Banca S.p.A. and member of the Management Committee of the Unipol Group, until the merger by incorporation into BPER Banca S.p.A.

From 28 November 2019 he is Vice Deputy General Manager of BPER Banca S.p.A.

Since April 15, 2022, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of BPER Factor S.p.A. Since April 8, 2020, he has held the position of Director of Bper Credit Management s.c.p.a.

In BPER Group, he was a Director of Finitalia S.p.A. from July 2013 to April 2022.

Outside BPER Group, he is Deputy Chairman of Unione Fiduciaria S.p.A., Director of Bancomat S.p.A., Associazione Bancaria Italiana, Fondo lnterbancario della Tutela dei Depositi e dei Risparmi and Nomisma-Società di Studi Economici S.p.A.

He has served, among others, as a Member of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce Industry, Handicraft and Agriculture of the City of Modena (from 2020 to 2021), as a Member of the Chamber Council of the Chamber of Commerce of Modena (from 2020 to 2021), and as a Member of the Management Board of the voluntary scheme of intervention of the Deposit Protection Fund lnterbank (from 2020 to 2022).
