2023 Financial Calendar

BPER Banca announces its financial calendar for 2023.

• 8 February 2023 - Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the BPER Group’s 2022 preliminary consolidated results
• 9 March 2023 - Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the 2022 annual report and proposed allocation of profit
• 26 April 2023 - Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the 2022 separate financial statements and proposed allocation of profit
• 9 May 2023 - Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidated interim report as at 31 March 2023
• 22 May 2023 - Ex-dividend date for dividends resolved upon by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
• 24 May 2023 - Payment date for dividends resolved upon by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
• 2 August 2023 - Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidated half-year report as at 30 June 2023
• 8 November 2023 - Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidated interim report as at 30 September 2023

Any presentation of accounting data to financial analysts will be held on the same dates as listed above or on the following business day at the latest.

Pursuant to Article 82-ter of the Issuers’ Regulation, BPER Banca further informs it has chosen to publish additional periodic financial information as at 31 March and 30 September of each fiscal year on a voluntary basis and in consistency with prior periods, including the information once contained in the former interim reports.

Any changes to this calendar will be promptly communicated.
