BPER Banca grants Nexi S.p.A. a further extension of the exclusive negotiation period as part of the potential review of existing commercial agreements

With regard to the period of exclusive negotiation granted by the BPER Group to Nexi S.p.A. until 15 May 2022 as part of a project for the potential structuring and review of some commercial agreements in place with its business partners as was disclosed to the market on 23 February last, BPER Banca informs it has granted Nexi a further extension of such period until 31 May 2022.

Negotiations between the parties are still in progress and BPER Banca will inform the market when a binding agreement is reached.
