BPER: Appointments
Following the reorganization of the Board of Directors, by virtue of the appointments made by the Shareholders’ Meeting on last 8 April, the Board of Directors of BPER met at today's date and decided, pursuant to Art. 22 of the Articles of Association, to appoint Mr. Luigi Odorici Chairman of the Board and Mr. Alberto Marri Vice Chairman of the Board, confirming their office. Therefore the Vice Chairman currently in office are: Mr. Alberto Marri and Mr. Giosuè Boldrini. |
