Amendments to the Articles of Association: ECB authorisation granted

BPER Banca informs that the European Central Bank has granted today its authorization for the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association to be submitted to the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for November 5, 2022. The authorization was released pursuant to Articles 4(1), 9(1), and 26(8) of Regulation (EU) No. 1024/2013 as well as Articles 56 and 61 of Legislative Decree No. 385/93 and its implementing provisions.
