Following the reorganization of the Board of Directors, by virtue of the appointments made by the Shareholders’ Meeting on last April 16th, the Board of Directors of BPER met at today's date and decided, pursuant to Art. 35 of the Articles of Association, to appoint Luigi Odorici Vice Chairman of the Board, confirming his office. Therefore the Vice Chairmen currently in office are: Alberto Marri, Luigi Odorici and Giosuè Boldrini. |
