The BPER Group has chosen to channel its sustainability reporting within the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the objectives identified by the United Nations and added to the Global Agenda for sustainable development (Agenda 2030).

 

The 17 objectives, divided into 169 targets, highlight the path towards sustainability for nations and organisations throughout the world.

There follow the sustainability objectives for the group (G) and for BPER Banca (B) which are aligned to the SDGs that we intend to pursue:

Staff

  1. To improve internal communication in support of improving engagement and business (G)
  2. To commence a project for promoting female talent (B)
  3. To organise social and environmental initiatives for employees (G)
  4. To commence Mobility Management projects and draft the Home to Work Travel Plan (PSCL) (G)
