Monica Cacciapuoti

A graduate in Philosophy, Monica Cacciapuoti has gained experience in Human Resources, Compensation Systems, HR Governance, Organisation, Change Management, Industrial and Stakeholders Relations, holding increasing responsibilities and positions, initially at the Burgo Group and later at Techint/Humanitas and the consulting firm Spencer Stuart.

From 2006 to 2013 she was Head of Human Resources at Autostrade per l’Italia S.p.A.

From 2013 to 2019, she was Head of Human Resources of Atlantia S.p.A.

From 2015 to 2020, she also served as Head of Human Resources and Organisation of Aeroport  di Roma S.p.A. as part of the Atlantia Group.

Since October 2020, she has been working as Chief Human Resources & Organisation Officer at Unipol Gruppo S.p.A.

Currently, she is a member of the Board of Directors of Unipolrental S.p.A. and Gruppo Una S.p.A.

Since 5 November 2022, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of BPER Banca S.p.A.

In the past, Monica Cacciapuoti held the positions of: Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Grandi Stazioni S.p.A.; Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of ADR Security S.r.l.; Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of ADR Cleaning S.r.l. (now Airport Cleaning S.r.l.); Member of the Board of Directors of Essediesse Società di Servizi S.p.A.; Member of the Board of Directors of SIAT - Società Italiana Assicurazioni e Riassicurazioni - per azioni.
