BPER Banca informs that, with effect from today’s date, Mr. Antonio Mele has communicated his resignation from the role of serving member of the Board of Statutory Auditors, further to his appointment as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of another bank, in addition to new professional commitments.

Therefore, the position will be taken, pursuant to the provisions of art. 34, paragraph 2 of the Articles of Association, by Ms. Cristina Calandra Buonaura, born in Reggio Emilia on 27 July 1971, Alternate Auditor on the same List as that from which the outgoing Auditor was chosen.
