Changes to the Corporate Events Calendar – Financial Year 2016

Banca popolare dell'Emilia Romagna hereby notifies that, as a consequence of the changes to the corporate events calendar for the current year - as specified by Art. 2.6.2 of Regolamento Borsa Italiana S.p.A. - published on 19 January 2016 and amended on 21 April 2016, the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the approval of the Interim Report as at 30 September 2016, which had been originally scheduled for 11 November 2016, will be held on 10 November 2016.

Any accounting data shall be presented to financial analysts approximately on the day of the above mentioned approvals by the Board of Directors or on the first working day following.
