BPER Banca: resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors

BPER Banca informs that, with effect from today’s date, Mr. Giacomo Ramenghi has communicated his resignation from the role of Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, strictly and solely for personal reasons.
Therefore, the position will be taken, pursuant to the provisions of art. 34, paragraph 1 of the Articles of Association, by Mr. Paolo De Mitri, born in Milano on 14 October 1963, Alternate Auditor on the same List as that from which the outgoing Chairman was chosen.
