Publication of documentation regarding the item on the Agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 23 June 2021

BPER would like to announce that the Report of the Board of Directors  regarding the item on the Agenda to be discussed in the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, has been published on the Bank's website www.bper.it – Sito Istituzionale > Governance >  Shareholders' Meeting. 

On the same section of the Bank's website, again it’s also available the document entitled  "Guidelines for Shareholders on the qualitative and quantitative composition of the Board of  Statutory Auditors” already published for the Shareholders’ Meeting of 21 April 2021.
