Merger Deed and Articles of Association published

We inform that the Deed of the merger through absorption of Cassa di Risparmio di Bra S.p.A. and Cassa di Risparmio di Saluzzo S.p.A. into BPER Banca S.p.A., together with the new BPER Banca’s Articles of Association updated with the amendment related to the share capital increase resulting from the merger of Cassa di Risparmio di Bra S.p.A., is now available, in accordance with current legislation, at the head office, filed with Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Bank's website www.bper.it – Sito Istituzionale.
