which were filed with Consob on 13 June 2014 following the approval communicated with note no. 0049287/14 dated 12 June 2014, as amended by the First Supplement
filed with Consob on 18 July 2014 following the approval communicated with note no. 0060117/14 dated 17 July 2014.
