Notice is hereby given that the deed governing the merger by absorption transactions of Banca Popolare del Mezzogiorno S.p.A., Banca della Campania S.p.A. and Banca Popolare di Ravenna S.p.A. (hereinafter the "Merged Companies") into Banca popolare
dell'Emilia Romagna soc. coop. (hereinafter "BPER" or the "Merging Company") - executed on 17 November 2014 - has been filed with the Companies’ Registers competent for the companies involved in the merger transactions.
The merger transactions shall statutorily take effect as of 24 November 2014, i.e. the filing date of the merger deed with the Register of Companies competent for the Merging Company, whereas from an accounting and tax perspective the merger took its effects since 1 January 2014.
The merger deed has been posted on the website www.bper.it on the menu bar Investor Relations - Main Operations - and is also available to the public at the registered office premises.
