Appointment of a Director

We inform that today the Board of Director decided to co-opt on the Board Mr Pietro Cassani to replace the resigned Mr Giulio Cicognani. Mr Cassani – born in Imola (Bologna), graduated with honours in Mechanical Engineering from Bologna University and with a master in Business Administration at the SDA Bocconi University of Milan – is the General Manager of SACMI Imola S.c., leader in the ceramic machinery sector. He began his carrier in SACMI, where, from 1995 to 1999, he was area manager. From 2000 to 2003, instead, he covered the position of Managing Director at Ceramiche Atlas Concorde. Following, from 2003 to 2006, he was Managing Director and General Manager of System S.p.A. In 2006, he returned in SACMI and, in 2008, he became General Manager of the Company.
