BPER: appointments

Following the reorganization of the Board of Directors, by virtue of the appointments made by the Shareholders’ Meeting on last April 18st, the Board of Directors of BPER met at today's date and decided, pursuant to Art. 35 of the Articles of Association, to appoint Ettore Caselli Chairman of the Board and Giosuè Boldrini Vice Chairman of the Board, confirming their office. Therefore the Vice Chairman currently in office are: Alberto Marri, Luigi Odorici and Giosuè Boldrini.
On the same occasion, the Board of Directors also decided to confirm the appointment of Alessandro Vandelli as Managing Director.
