Appointment of Chairman of BPER Banca

The Board of Directors of BPER Banca, during today’s meeting, further to art. 22 of the Articles of Association, unanimously and with the abstention of the interested party only, appointed, as Chairman, Luigi Odorici.

Odorici, born in Modena, holds a Degree in Economics and Commerce, joined the former Banca Popolare di Modena in 1973, held roles of increasing responsibility in BPER Group’s companies and banks, among which BPER Banca first as General Manager, then as Chief Executive Officer; he currently held the role of Deputy Chairman.

The Board of Directors unanimously expressed their thanks to former Chairman Caselli for his professionalism, his contribution and the unfailing dedication he has demonstrated over the years in which he has guided the Bank and the Group.
