Resolution upon the merger through absorption of Nuova CARIFE into BPER Banca

We hereby inform that today the Board of Directors of BPER Banca S.p.A. ("BPER Banca" or the “Merging Company”) has approved the merger through absorption of Nuova Cassa di Risparmio di Ferrara S.p.A (“Nuova CARIFE” or “Company To Be Merged”) into BPER Banca, following alike resolution being approved by the Board of Directors of the Company To Be Merged on 13 October 2017.
