BPER GROUP: commitment to invest in units of the Atlante Fund for an amount of € 100 million

Banca popolare dell'Emilia Romagna s.c. having positively evaluated the Atlante Fund project which aims to support Italian banks to deconsolidate bad loans (“sofferenze”) and to ensure a positive outcome of the recapitalisation required to some banks by the Supervisory Authority, would like to announce that it has communicated today to Quaestio Capital Management SGR S.p.A. its commitment to invest in units of the Atlante Fund for an amount of € 100 million.
