New Manager responsible for preparing the company's financial reports at BPER Banca

BPER Banca would like to announce that, following today's Shareholders' Meeting, Mr. Emilio Annovi, the Manager responsible for preparing the company's financial reports (art.154-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998 - Consolidated Finance Act), who is close to retirement, will be replaced by Mr. Marco Bonfatti, current head of the Accounting Function, which is part of the Administration and Financial Reporting Department.

The Board decided that Mr. Bonfatti's appointment would take effect from the date of approval of the 2016 financial statements, having obtained the opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors and ensured that Mr. Bonfatti met the requirements of the position according to the Bank's Articles of Association.
