Shareholders' meeting, proxies available to each shareholder

With reference to the ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting – called for 17th April 2015 at 9:00 AM, in first call, and on Saturday 18th April 2015 in second call at the same time and place, with press release published on 6th March 2015 – BPER would like to announce that, following the conversion of Legislative Decree No. 3 of January 24th 2015 (“Urgent measures for the banking system and investments”) by Law No. 33 of  March 24th 2015, in accordance with the new text of art. 150-bis, subsection 2-bis, of Legislative Decree No. 385 of September 1st 1993 (“Consolidated law on banking and lending matters”), each Shareholder may represent a maximum of ten (10) other Shareholders,  except for the event of legal representations.
