Point 4: presentation of the Remuneration Report pursuant to art. 123-ter of Legislative Decree 58 dated 24 February 1998, comprising the remuneration policies for 2016 of Banca popolare dell'Emilia Romagna Group and annual disclosure regarding implementation of remuneration policies for 2015; related resolutions; An errata corrige has been published for the Report because the figure of 88 (thousand) shown in table 1 on page 29 ought to be 0. 

This is not considered a significant amount according to the rules governing the Report, caused by a simple typing error.
