Changes to the Corporate Events Calendar 2014

Banca popolare dell'Emilia Romagna hereby notifies that, as a consequence of the changes to the corporate events calendar for the current year, as specified by Art. 2.6.2 of Regolamento Borsa Italiana SpA, published on 27 January 2014, the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the approval of the Interim Report at 31 March 2014, originally scheduled for 13 May 2014, will be held on 6 May 2014. Furthermore the Meeting for the approval of the Semiannual Financial Report at 30 June 2014, which had been originally scheduled for 28 August 2014, will be held on 7 August 2014.
