No request of withdrawal in relation to the transformation into a joint-stock company

BPER Banca S.p.A. hereby announces that none of the Bank’s eligible shareholders completed the execution of the right of withdrawal further to the transformation into a joint-stock company approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, on 26 November 2016.

Therefore it will not be necessary to carry out the liquidation procedure in compliance with the provisions of art. 2437-quater of the Italian Civil Code and indicated in the Explanatory Report on the transformation proposal to the Shareholders’ Meeting, published on 19 October 2016.
