4MORI SARDEGNA SECURITISATION - Sale of mezzanine and junior securities completed

As a follow-up to what was communicated to the market on 22 June 2018, Banco di Sardegna S.p.A. would like to announce that the sale at par of 95% of the mezzanine and junior securities to an institutional investor has been completed. As a result, the conditions now exist for deconsolidating the securitised bad loans at 30 June 2018, for a gross book value of € 900 million. The application for the Italian State guarantee (GACS) on the senior securities, which are held 100% by Banco di Sardegna, will be filed in the next few days.
