PUBLICATION OF THE FIRST SUPPLEMENT TO THE REGISTRATION DOCUMENT AND BASIC PROSPECTUSES FOR THE BOND/CERTIFICATE ISSUE PROGRAMMES
Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna Società cooperativa (the "Issuer") would like to announce that the First Supplement to the Registration Document and Basic Prospectuses for the bond/certificate issue programmes, relating to the financial instruments listed below, was filed with Consob on 18 July 2014, following the approval communicated with note no. 0060117/14 of 17 July 2014:
- “Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna Soc. coop. Fixed Interest Rate Bond”, “Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna Soc. coop. Floating Interest Rate Bond (or Floating Interest Rate with Cap and/or Floor)”, “Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna Soc. coop. Mixed Interest Rate Bond (or Mixed Interest Rate with Cap and/or Floor)”, “Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna Soc. coop. Step up/Step Down Bond (or Step up/Step Down callable)” and “Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna Soc. coop. Zero Coupon Bond”;
- “Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna Soc. coop. Tier II Subordinated Fixed Interest Rate Bond” and “Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna Soc. coop. Tier II Subordinated Floating Interest Rate Bond”;
- "Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna soc. coop. Protection Certificates, also of the "Quanto" or "Non Quanto" type";
which were filed with Consob on 13 June 2014 following the approval communicated with note no. 0049287/14 dated 12 June 2014.
It should be noted that, pursuant to art. 95-bis, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, as subsequently amended, investors who have already agreed to subscribe for the financial instruments mentioned in the Base Prospectus to which this Supplement relates, referring to offers in progress at the date of publication of the Supplement, can exercise their right to cancel their subscription within two working days after the date of publication (i.e. by 22 July 2014 included).
The First Supplement to the Registration Document and Base Prospectuses is available to the public, free of charge, at the Head Office of the Issuer in Via San Carlo 8/20, Modena and at all branches of the Bank; the documentation is also available on the Bank's website (www.bper.it).
